Barkey revisits the world of 1970's ESP and psychic phenomena with a look at "The Eyes of Charles Sand" (1972). In this one, a man inherits psychic powers that are described as being both a blessing and a curse. There are several brand name cast members in this failed TV pilot, including Adam West, Joan Bennett, Barbara Rush and Ivan Tors. "The Eyes of Charles Sand" (1972) has an intriguing premise, not unlike the Leonard Nimoy TV pilot "Baffled!" which came out the same year.
