Okay..., okay. I could have done better (and I have, previous best is 60 for 7 reps. However, my goal was to at least get 5, so I will take it.
I definitely think I was capable of a bit more, and better overall performance, as I lost tightness again …

Okay..., okay. I could have done better (and I have, previous best is 60 for 7 reps. However, my goal was to at least get 5, so I will take it.
I definitely think I was capable of a bit more, and better overall performance, as I lost tightness again near the end there, and I noticed that I am not pushing my head through when I should be, when the weights get heavier. That is definitely something to work on. If I can fix/improve these two things, I think I will see my performance improve. I am also trying to press up to 3 times a week now, so hopefully that will yield results in the future, as well.
