Sorry, guys. I uploaded this vid yesterday, but it has been stuck in limbo ever since, because Bitchute is being a bit retarded, right now.
I could already tell with my heavy squat single for the day, that I was getting fatigued/not as strong as usual. It moved a bit slower than the week before, so I saw no reason to upload it; and after doing these, I was absolutely BLASTED, and my lower back was toast. It seems like this is definitely a movement not fit for pushing too much volume on; too much axial loading over such long and grueling sets. Lesson learned! Afterwards, I tried to do my 3x5 130 kgs banded deadlifts, but they felt awful, and my lower back, particularly my right sacroilliac/glute area was hurting, and feeling really tweaky. After my second set with them, I decided not to push it any further, do my ab work, and just call it there. I was going to do a deload afterwards anyway, so I was clearly in need of it. Time for some active recovery, and then get back to the grind!
