I wanted to get at least six reps today, so I am very happy that I was able to eek out 8. I don't think I had any reps in reserve here though, haha. A bit reckless, perhaps, but I got to six fairly easily, and I thought it would be awesome to match my previous rep total of eight with this weight with Touch N' Go. So this is hopefully a good sign that my overall pressing strength is increasing. I think I could have done a bit better on this set, as I think I slightly fell out of my groove on the last few reps, which made the weight feel heavier. However; overall, this was a great day! 🤟🏻
