Superfood smoothie
- Cup of pure almond milk
- Half frozen banana
- Organic purple yam powder
- Jing herbs powder for adrenal tonic (he shou wu, eucommia bark, cordyceps, rehmannia root)
- Medicinal wild mushrooms powder for immune & gut tonic (chaga, reishi, lion’s mane, shiitake, cordyceps, maitake, poria, cordyceps)
- 1 tbsp raw organic black Maca powder
- 1 heap of raw organic cacao powder
- 1 dropper full of C60
Solid meal (1pm)
Quinoa Buddha bowl
Ingredients:
🌱Spinach and argula salad
🌱Organic tri-color quinoa
🌱Oyster mushrooms with coconut oil, Himalayan salt and black pepper
🌱Black fungus marinated in 1 tsp sesame oil, plum vinegar, cayenne, 1 tsp miso and finely chopped cilantro
🌱Ginkgo nuts and sprouted chickpeas
🌱Fermented purple cabbage sauerkraut
🌱Homemade raw tempeh sacred geometry
🌱Lotus root with nama shoyu
Cleansing Herbal tea:

💗Reflections:
Slept for 3.5 hours. Had class in the day and went out by foot to get some refills of herbs after that. Had zapper turned on the entire day. Replaced dinner with long walks. Sensitive senses especially sense of smell and hearing. Clearer mind. Observing hunger as it is. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow Day 2.
