Everything except the spelling of Mascarpone Cheese is so easy! There are only two ingredients involved and it's going to be one of those "Why didn't I make this before?" kinds of things. As you're about to see, it really is that easy and turns out the consistency of softened cream cheese. Once made, this does only last five days in the refrigerator so eat it up! I think you might find this video interesting, I shot this entirely with one camera, my Canon M50 while using the Rode Wireless Go and the Maovo lav. microphone plugged into the Wireless Go transmitter. This video was actually very fun to put together for you, there was some trickery involved.
