Woodworking...Making precise depth bakers rolling pins for the baker in the family.

This project only took one afternoon. If you have basic turning skills you can do this project easily. The rolling pins are 24 inches long without the handles and about 3 inches in circumference. Started at one end and made sure I had the precise depth on each rolling pin. One was a 1/4 inch and the other 3/8 inch depth. After sanding everything from 80 grit to 400 grit I applied a liberal coat of butcher block oil to ensure that they could be easily cleaned up.
