The Takeover is a great beat 'em up game with classic 90s attitude and superb combat mechanics. Everything works exactly as you'd expect including combos and grabs. There's also an element of resource management with a super and rage meter, alongside special moves to get you out of trouble. The 3D models actually look pretty good and the story is told via some gorgeous comic book panels.
