Vengeful Guardian Moonrider - Playthrough Part 1

Vengeful Guardian Moonrider is a 2D platformer with elements of classic games like Mega Man and Ninja Gaiden. You play as a government created robot built for quashing rebellions who has developed a conscience and now you are on a quest to defeat the other guardian robots oppressing the populace. You can jump, attack enemies with your sword, do a dive attack both diagonally and straight down and use a special weapon which consumes energy. You can also scale walls and run, which gives the game a really dynamic feel. You gain new special weapons as you defeat the robot masters... I mean guardians. In a typical Mega Man fashion you choose which level to visit. You have 3 lives to complete each one with some bonus ones found in the stage, but the game is pretty generous with its continues, so with persistence most should be able to go through it. Another thing that helps are the power modules which are hidden in the stages and give you different perks like regenerating health or more damage. The bosses are the highlight here since they are very diverse and you have to be on your toes to avoid their attacks.
