The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following videos and still images.

On December 23, 2023, an unknown black male suspect shot a 27-year-old male victim five times on the 5200 block of Spruce St. Video of the incident as well as video of the suspect moments prior to the shooting were recovered.

Suspect Description: Black male, medium brown complexion, patchy beard, black and gray knit hat, dark blue puffy coat with light blue hoody and solid white stripes down the sleeves, dark gray jeans and white sneakers.
