We take a break at work for coffee, lunch, snack, bathroom... but what about shaking off tension from staying in one position for a long time? This is a very simple and short practice, you need only 7 minutes. Try it out and let me know how you feel. Believe me or not, your body will be grateful for just a few exercises and movements. Get your blood flowing, release tension from stiff back and neck, and relax as you bring awareness to your breath.
