• potato – 2,2 lb / 1 kg
• ground pork – 10,5 oz / 300 g
• ground beef – 10,5 oz / 300 g
• onion – 5 oz / 150 g
• tomatoes – 7 oz / 200 g
• cheddar cheese – 7 oz / 200 g
• dried basil – 1 tsp
• olive oil – 4 tbsp
• sweet paprika – 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• salt – 1,5 tsp

📙 Preparation:
1. Chop up the onion into small diced.
2. Cut the potato into slices and sprinkle with the dried basil, sweet paprika and 1 tsp of salt, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and combine well. Lay out the potato on the baking sheet.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake the potato for 25 minutes.
4. Heat the pan, add the olive oil and fry the onion for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
