✔︎ You will need:

• stockpot

✅ Ingredients:
• pasta – 10 oz | 300 g
• ground beef – 14 oz | 400 g
• zucchini – 12 oz | 350 g
• cherry tomatoes – 7 oz | 200 g
• onion – 3 oz | 100 g
• parmesan cheese or any hard one – 1 oz | 40 g
• garlic – 3 cloves
• olive oil – 2 tbsp
• tomato paste – 2 tbsp
• dried basil – ½ tsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• red chili flakes - ⅓ tsp
• salt – 1,5 tbsp
📙 Preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into slices of 0,4 in | 1 cm, chop up the onion, halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.
2. Pour 3,2 qt | 3 l of water into a stockpot, bring to a boil, add 1 tbsp of salt and cook the pasta until al dente. If not indicated on a package how to cook al dente, then boil 1-1,5 minutes less than indicated on it. Pour off 7 fl oz | 200 ml of the water the pasta boiled in.
3. Meanwhile heat a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil, add the ground beef and fry stirring for 5 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add the chopped up onion, stir well and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
5. Add the minced garlic and tomato paste into the pan, stir and fry for a minute over medium heat.
6. Add then the cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, ground black pepper, dried basil and red chili flakes, stir and fry for 2 minutes over medium hea..
